Pumpkin Patch
Today we visited a local pumpkin patch. Because of the twins we didn't go too far (they got to stay in the car with Dad) so this patch literally just has pumpkins. But that's okay for my girls. K was too busy catching ladybugs - green ones - to look for a pumpkin. When she saw me posting this photograph of her she said, "I'm picture perfect Mommy!" This is perfection for my sweet girl. Little P didn't know what to make of the whole thing. She followed big sis around, copied her trying to pick up bugs, and then became irritated at the mud. So we left. With our Halloween pumpkin rolling around the trunk.

Comfort
Both of my big girls suck their thumbs and have since they were 3-months-old. Now that K is 4, I'm still unsure how to break this habit. So far Baby Girl is pretty content without a pacifier, but her brother sure loves it! I guess that's how he's going to roll and keep up with the girls.

1 Month Old Babies
Here are our twins at one month old. Baby Girl is the first image and Baby Boy is the second image. They are more and more alert everyday and I heard my first coo from Baby Girl today. Before I know it they'll be rolling over and sleeping through the night. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to that. The sleeping part!
Thanks for looking!

Twins Have Arrived!
Long time no post! After 6 weeks of bed rest, my twins arrived on September 2nd. As you can imagine, with the twins and having two very busy girls, my time goes very quickly. The twins are a little over 3 weeks old and doing great. Their big sisters love them very much and are doing well with them. Will post more when I have another free moment! Thanks for looking!

Keepin' It Real
Boy, we woke up with some crazy hair today. I don't want to comb little P's hair because it's been cracking me up. Even her sister laughed at her this morning. Unfortunately (to her grandma's dismay!) K's hair often looks like this. I'm debating at her next hair cut appointment before preschool to have her bangs cut. Without her knowledge of course. Every time I mention it I receive a huge "Nnooo!!" She loves to do the opposite of whatever I tell her. She's going to be teaching a college course on sassing soon if anyone is interested.....
