1 Month Old Babies

Here are our twins at one month old. Baby Girl is the first image and Baby Boy is the second image. They are more and more alert everyday and I heard my first coo from Baby Girl today. Before I know it they'll be rolling over and sleeping through the night. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to that. The sleeping part!

Twins Have Arrived!

Long time no post! After 6 weeks of bed rest, my twins arrived on September 2nd. As you can imagine, with the twins and having two very busy girls, my time goes very quickly. The twins are a little over 3 weeks old and doing great. Their big sisters love them very much and are doing well with them. Will post more when I have another free moment! Thanks for looking!

Keepin' It Real

Boy, we woke up with some crazy hair today.  I don't want to comb little P's hair because it's been cracking me up.  Even her sister laughed at her this morning.  Unfortunately (to her grandma's dismay!) K's hair often looks like this.  I'm debating at her next hair cut appointment before preschool to have her bangs cut.  Without her knowledge of course.  Every time I mention it I receive a huge "Nnooo!!"  She loves to do the opposite of whatever I tell her.  She's going to be teaching a college course on sassing soon if anyone is interested.....

Hanging Out

We've just been hanging out at home this week.  And for the next several weeks to come.  I'm still on modified bed rest so I can't do a whole lot.  We'll be glad when the end of August rolls around!

Bubbles

So, my Photo-A-Day didn't work out.  I'm on partial bed rest, so I need to be careful about what I'm doing and it's hard chasing the kiddos as it is.  Miss K had a blast with her bubble wand a few weeks ago.  Unfortunately for today it's raining cats and dogs, so we will not be spinning the bubbles out today.

Freckles

About 9 months ago these pesky things showed up under K's eye.  Now that the sun is out they are beginning to spread across her nose and to her other eye.  She can thank her momma for that.

Photo-A-Day

Since I am taking an undetermined amount of time off right now, I thought I'd share a photo a day.  Can I do it?  I'm not sure I can, but I'd like to try!  So if you'd like to see new photos of my kiddos this summer, this is where they will reside.  Wish me luck!  Since I didn't start on June 1st, here's 2 images to start.

P is 18-months today, still holding onto her baby-ness (is that a word?).  I'm going to let her hang on as long as she can.  She's chatting up a storm - baby, daddy, bye and cheese are some of her favorites.  Loves to shake her little diaper booty.  She's the sweet to K's sassy.
